Can you prepare a pad for a manufactured home?
Yes. We cut, level and compact residential building pads for manufactured homes, and we coordinate with Five-Star Home Center for delivery and setup.
Do you do commercial grading?
Yes. We’ve worked on commercial sites for developers and contractors across Graham and Greenlee Counties, including a Starbucks site, Strive Gym, Quail Ridge and Grand View.
Can you handle my utility trenches too?
Yes. Water, electrical conduit, gas and sewer lines can all be trenched and buried by the same crew that prepares your pad.
